An outage is required to improve the performance of eSpaces.


Wednesday 19 March 2014, 6.00am to 8.30am AEST.  This outage completed successfully ahead of schedule at 6.15am.  All services have been restored and are fully operational.


Users may have experienced timeout messages and longer-than-expected page load times -- this outage is required to resolve these issues. Access to eSpaces, including the homepage or individual eSpaces, will be restricted during the times mentioned.  We apologise for the inconvenience and we will limit service disruption to the shortest possible timeframe.


Due to a change in networking configuration (IP address and DNS change), users may be restricted from accessing for a short period.  In rare circumstances, this may persist beyond the end of the outage window  Whilst unlikely, such issues will be resolved automatically within 24 hours.  Clearing your browser's cache or restarting your browser will typically resolve any issues immediately.
